ELENA BANDERA

Facilitator in Unconscious, Systemic and Emotional Dynamics

FACILITATOR IN UNCONSCIOUS AND INSTINCTIVE DYNAMICS

Elena Bandera is a facilitator in unconscious and instinctive dynamics.

Since childhood she has been animated by a strong curiosity towards the inner world, intense emotions and the hidden movements that inhabit relationships, dedicating her path to understanding what acts beneath the surface of experience.

Her research unfolds through the study of unconscious, systemic and transgenerational dynamics, with particular attention to growth stages, interrupted movements, psychological defences and family memories.

Through the guided exploration of lived experience she helps people recognise repetitive patterns, blocks and inner conflicts, fostering a greater awareness of themselves and of the emotional roots that sustain what they are living.

Alongside the work on deep memories, she integrates free arts such as somatic listening, writing, drawing, free movement, guided meditations and symbolic tools of introspection.

In this space, body, images and words become privileged channels for giving form to what emerges, transforming what had remained in the shadow and contacting resources and talents often unexpressed.

Within the N.O.E. – Nucleo Operativo Elianor she brings a sensitivity oriented towards listening to the unconscious, emotional and systemic dimensions of human experience, with an attentive gaze on family roots and transgenerational memories.

Through individual paths of exploration and integration, she accompanies people in processes of reconnection with their own history, of inner reorientation and of personal growth, so that what emerges may find its place and become vital force on each person's path.
